Dear Penny, words can't describe how sad I still feel that you are no longer with us. I've worked with you for many years at the Open University. You were my closest work colleague and I miss you very much. I miss the fun times we shared laughing together at tutorials and your kindness and joy for life and learning will never be forgotten. You were loved, admired and respected by all your students and colleagues. You live on in the hearts of everyone who knew you. You were taken too soon from us. Thank you for letting me be a small part of your life. Sending best wishes to your family at this very sad time.

To my wonderful friend Sister Pen. My life is less sunny without you around. I wanted to share this poem as a tribute to you:
To the living, I am gone.
To the sorrowful, I will never return.
To the angry, I was cheated,
But to the happy, I am at peace,
And to the faithful, I have never left.
I cannot be seen, but I can be heard.
So as you stand upon a shore, gazing at a beautiful sea - remember me.
As you look in awe at a mighty forest and its grand majesty - remember me.
As you look upon a flower and admire its simplicity - remember me.
Remember me in your heart, your thoughts, your memories of the times we loved,
