Dear Penny, words can't describe how sad I still feel that you are no longer with us. I've worked with you for many years at the Open University. You were my closest work colleague and I miss you very much. I miss the fun times we shared laughing together at tutorials and your kindness and joy for life and learning will never be forgotten.
